Gift Wrapping

Yes, for an additional charge Dapper Jane gifts are wrapped in our beautiful white organza drawstring gift sacks complete with a handwritten gift note. Some large or irregular shaped items may be wrapped in our lovely dot cello and ribbon. We are unable to wrap some large and oversized packages, like gigantic teddy bears!

It's easy! Just visit our "Gift Services" page at the bottom of our website and simply add it to your shopping cart.

*If you need more than one gift wrapped, please add the number of additional quantities of gift wrap to your cart and leave us a note in the comments detailing how each gift should be grouped for wrapping. 

Ordering

Dapper Jane accepts the following forms of payment:

- All major credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

- Diners Club

- Shop Pay

- Apply Pay

- Google Pay

- Meta Pay

- PayPal Express

Online purchases will have sales tax automatically applied.

Yes! If an item you purchased is on back order and hasn’t yet shipped, you can cancel your order for a full refund. Please contact customer care at hello@dapperjane.com to assist you.

Shipping

We use USPS, and most items under one pound will be shipped First Class with tracking.  If your item is over that it will be shipped USPS Priority. Please visit our Shipping & More page for more information.

Please wait at least 3-5 business days to get your package after it has left our warehouse. 

No, unfortunately we do not. Items can we returned for store credit only. Please visit our Shipping & Returns policy page to learn more.

Once your order has been shipped
you will receive a email with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS. 

If you receive a damaged item, please send us an email at hello@dapperjane.com as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item. If applicable, we will kindly provide a return shipping label so that you can send your item back. *Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur after wearing or washing the item.

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. If your order is flagged as fraudulent, your order will be cancelled immediately.
