Shipping

We pride ourselves in providing fast shipping! We offer USPS standard and express shipping. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping rates are determined at checkout and are based upon your delivery address and total order weight. Orders placed with free shipping will also adhere to this schedule and method of shipping. 

After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be shipped out. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order has shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 days of purchasing, please contact us at hello@dapperjane.com.

Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship on Monday - the following business day.

*Please note that once you order has left our warehouse we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items during transit. We cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once it is in the possession of USPS. USPS is responsible for delivering your package on your delivery date. Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. If your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and the shipping cost.

 

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times an item needs to be returned/exchanged. No worries! If you need to return an item, please contact us at hello@dapperjane.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

The following items cannot be returned:

- Discounted, sale, and/or clearance items. These items are FINAL SALE.

- Free gifts or promotional items

- Visibly worn items

- Items outside of policy window

By completing a purchase with Dapper Jane you are agreeing to our full return policy.

Returns are excepted for store credit only within 10 days from your delivery date. The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels, however we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ie, you received an incorrect item, etc.).

In order to honor any store credit, all returned items must be in new condition. If the item is not returned in new condition, a credit will not be issued.

We currently do not offer refunds on any items. Returns are excepted for store credit within 10 days from your delivery date. The store credit amount will be your total minus the shipping cost within 5 days after items have been inspected. Exchanges can be made up to 10 days from the delivery date.
